i-Size safe on the road from birth to 4 years
With the 3 in 1 infant car seat & reboarder set from Maxi-Cosi, your baby is safe in the car from birth to 4 years according to i-Size Standard R129. From the first day, your baby will travel in the Pebble S infant car seat, which offers space from 40 to 83 cm, i.e. up to around 15 months. Your baby can then move to the Pearl S i-Size at the earliest at 3 months or 61 cm tall. The reboarder is suitable from 61 to 105 cm, i.e. up to around 4 years. Both child seats are installed in your car using the FamilyFix S i-Size Isofix base. This can be done quickly and easily with just one click.
Pebble S infant car seat
The Pebble's integrated G-CELL side impact protection offers your child unsurpassed safety by distributing the impact and reducing injuries in the event of a side impact. The cozy baby hugger insert ensures a comfortable fit so your child always feels at ease in their car seat. With a removable floor cushion and a separate head cushion integrated into the car seat, your child's comfort is well taken care of.
The extra-large sun canopy provides your baby with shade on sunny days or provides some protection and darkness when they want to take a nap. Pearl S child seat
The Pearl S has been developed according to the highest and latest i-Size safety standards and offers your child the best possible protection on the road. The integrated G-CELL side impact protection offers your child unparalleled safety by distributing the impact and reducing injuries in the event of a side impact. The Pearl S is designed to adapt to your child's growth. The five comfortable sleeping positions ensure a snug fit and a comfortable ride at any age until the child exceeds 105 cm. Then it's time to switch to a child car seat.
The Pearl S's Easy-in hooks, which make it easier to buckle the child securely into the car seat, make everyday life even more pleasant for parents. No more wrestling with straps and buckles. Instead, the harness stays open and the straps are out of the way while you place your child in the seat. The 5-point safety harness is padded and ensures a secure fit.
Isofix base FamilyFix S
With the intuitive Click & Go installation function, the FamilyFix S is designed to be safe and quick to use, making every installation a breeze. A visual installation guide ensures that your S-Family car seat is installed correctly and gives you peace of mind when you're out and about with your child.
The FamilyFix S Isofix base station guarantees quick and safe installation of the infant car seat and child seats. Simply connect the ISOFIX connectors to your car's ISOFIX system and the base is securely installed. The visual installation feedback of the base station shows you whether the base is installed correctly and the child seat is installed correctly. This guarantees maximum safety. The height-adjustable support leg provides additional stability in the car.
Protective mat & pacifier bag
This set also includes a practical protective pad that protects your car seat from wear and tear, dirt and pressure marks. The padding protection is simply positioned on the car seat and the Isofix base is attached to it as usual. Pebble S is a universal, extended child restraint system with safety belt. It is approved according to UN Regulation No. 129 i-Size for primary use in „universal seating positions“ as described by the vehicle manufacturer in the vehicle user manual. If in doubt, contact the manufacturer of the extended child restraint system or your dealer.
This child car seat is part of the S family and offers complete mobility from birth to around 4 years of age.

Position of your child seat: rear-facing
In a rear-facing position, the child car seat may only be installed on a forward-facing vehicle seat.
Pebble S and your baby
• Make sure that there is no more than one finger's width (1 cm) of space between the straps and your baby.
If the gap is greater than 1 cm, tighten the straps more firmly.
• Make sure that the shoulder straps are at the correct height. The shoulder straps must be on or just below the baby's shoulder.
• Only use the Pebble S insert as long as your baby is not yet taller than 60 cm. Then remove the insert from the Pebble S.
CAUTION:
Never place the car seat on a raised surface such as a table or chair.
Pebble S in use
If the Pebble S is installed in a baby carriage, always use approved seat adapters and secure the Pebble S properly.
Pebble S in an airplane
• Attaching the Pebble S to a passenger seat in an airplane is different from attaching it in a vehicle.
• Attaching the Pebble S with a two-point safety harness is only permitted in an airplane.
• The Pebble S may only be used in forward-facing passenger seats in an airplane.
• Place the Pebble S child seat facing backwards on the passenger seat. Pull the 2-point safety belt through the belt guides (1,2). Close the buckle of the 2-point safety belt (3) and tighten the 2-point safety belt via the tensioning strap (4).
• The handle of the Pebble S must be folded upwards.
• The belt buckle must not be positioned in the belt guide of the Pebble S. Otherwise, secure fastening is not possible. Otherwise, it cannot be securely fastened.
• To remove the Pebble S, open the buckle of the 2-point safety belt by flipping open the buckle (5). Pull the 2-point safety belt out of the guides. Make sure that the Pebble S does not fall off the passenger seat when unfastening the buckle.
• The Pebble S must remain strapped to the passenger seat in the aircraft, even when not in use.
• The Pebble S may only be used in the aircraft on passenger seats that are intended for this purpose by the airline.
• Do not install the Pebble S in the deployment area of airbags.
• The instructions of the cabin crew must be followed.
• If the fastening instructions and the instructions for use are not followed, the safety
of your child cannot be guaranteed

Isofix base FamilyFix S
The FamilyFix S base is a child seat base that meets the requirements of the EU regulation
i-Size R129, which has been in force since July 2013. i-Size aims to improve the safety of children in vehicles and provides for the use of UNIVERSAL ISOFIX child seats, the rearward-facing transport of children up to the age of 15 months and the optimization of head and neck protection. This base is part of the S family and offers a complete mobility solution from birth to around 4 years. You can find more information about i-Size on the website www.maxi-cosi.com.

The base station has been developed for intensive use over a period of around 12 years.
• Please note that the base of the child car seat does not necessarily lie flat on the seat bench of the vehicle when installed, this depends entirely on the position of the safety arms attached in the vehicle.

Only install the base station in a forward-facing car seat.
Reboarder child seat Pearl S
Pearl S is a baby and toddler car seat that meets the requirements of the EU regulation i-Size R129
. i-Size aims to improve the safety of children in vehicles and provides for the use of UNIVERSAL ISOFIX child seats, the forward-facing transport of children up to the age of 15 months and the optimization of head and neck protection. This baby/toddler car seat is part of the S family and offers complete mobility from birth to around 4 years.

Position of the car seat: rear-facing and forward-facing
The Pearl S must be installed in the special Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix S base.
Please make sure that you read the manual for this base carefully.
The child seat should be used rearward facing for children up to the age of 15 months to ensure optimum safety for the child. Maxi-Cosi recommends rearward-facing use of the seat up to a body height of 105 cm and a maximum weight of 18 kg (i.e. up to the age of 4 years). This provides improved protection for the child's head and neck area, which is still sensitive at this age.
You can install the Pearl S facing forwards if your child is older than 15 months and is at least 76 to 105 cm tall.
This child seat is only intended for use in the vehicle.
• The child seat has been developed for intensive use over a period of approximately 12 years.
• Do not use any load-bearing contact points other than those described in the instructions and marked on the child seat.
Use of the Pearl S child seat in the vehicle:
If the child restraint system is installed in all maximum positions, it may not fit in all approved vehicles.
Please check whether all possible positions of the child seat (recline position and headrest settings) fit in your vehicle.
Your child in the Pearl S child seat
• Make sure that no more than one finger fits between the belt and the baby (1 cm).
Adjust the belt more firmly if there is more space than 1 cm.
• Make sure that the headrest is set to the correct height.
CAUTION:
• During the journey, the child car seat must always be locked in the forward-facing or rearward-facing position in the base.
• It is forbidden to change the seat position during the journey.
Before use, all bags and packaging materials must be removed.
